brand-new room, we had double room, with a mini bar, netflix, and a kettle. the services were excellent, offered us good free wi-fi. the location was surprisingly quiet for us - walk from nightclubs and restaurants. it was about 0.5 km from the airport.

I had a great time during my 8-night stay at this place, the room was cozy with a nice bed and good air conditioning, making me feel at ease throughout my stay.

The location was good, with Black House Burgers nearby, where we could eat. The room was comfortable. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

Helpful staff who understood we had to leave early for tour n helped us pack breakfast. A clean n neat room to return to after a full day of adventure n sight-seeing.

The room could easily fit 4 guests but the hotel were pretty strict with the rules n insisted on charging $20 per extra person though we checked in late after 10pm n were all pretty tired. The management even insisted that the extra guests check out at 12pm the next day if not extra charges would apply n they would come in to check to make sure. Not really the hotel's fault but felt that they could b more lenient n understanding. The shower n tap's water were all salty! It was really hard to brush teeth or shower n another hotel nearby didnt have this problem.

The rooms were brand-new and modern, providing a comfortable stay. the location was marvelous, perfect for exploring the lovely area, with just a short walk to bars, eateries, shopping. it was conveniently located just 2 km from Riverside Venue.

Good location.

No porter service, so the hotel is not supportive of the local community. The front desk staff will not organise airport transport, so again, very unsupportive of the local community. Everything seemed too much trouble for the staff.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was great to relax in with a cocktail at the bar. Perfect choice for adult only hotel and no noise after 11pm. Walking distance to the beach and restaraunts.
